DESCRIPTION
This trompe l'oeil was created to visually open up the area above the stairwell. The bold colors in the foreground were pulled from colors in the clients house to create a strong sense of belonging and offer a visual contrast to the hazy background. The hyper-realistic approach to the tapestry, grapes, and ledge convince the viewer that they are indeed looking out onto a lush hillside.
